The Nigeria Association of Computing Students (NACOS) is the foremost umbrella organization representing all Information Technology and Computing students across Nigeria.This includes those studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering,Telecommunications Engineering,and related IT disciplines in tertiary institutions nationwide.With a robust membership exceeding one million students,NACOS stands as the most organized and influential student body in Africa, playing a pivotal role in driving IT development across the continent. For over two decades,NACOS has been at the forefront of championing and advancing IT‑based innovations in Nigeria.The association has earned its reputation as a respected authority and a critical platform for IT development in the country. Our primary mandate is to elevate and enrich Computing Education while reorienting the Nigerian youth in tertiary institutions toward the IT profession.Thisis achieved through a series of impactful initiatives,including Skill Acquisition Bootcamps, Conferences,Lectures, Symposia, Workshops, and other related activities.
